Staples Contest

I feel like our school has a very good chance of winning this competition as we have many energy saving and green initiatives. For example , SWITCH last year was able to install solar polar panels to encourage the use of renewable energy. Also, I believe our school is currently a silver level Eco school and currently trying to become a gold level Eco school. In addition, to SWITCH our school has an active gardening club as well as a successful Envirothon team. I feel that this is more than enough content for a 500 word essay. I think that the whole class should brainstorm ideas with help from the various green clubs and then we should appoint one student to actually write the essay and a few others to edit it. This way most of the class is free to work on other assignments and projects.
